HolaReply answers only from the content you allow and shows the source page with each answer. If the answer is not on your website, it says so and offers to pass the question to your team. You can also lock topics such as prices or contracts so they always go to a person.
Yes. Visitors can write in Bangla, English or a mix of both, and HolaReply replies in the language they use, from your English pages. You do not need a Bangla version of your website. Product names, prices and units are copied exactly from your pages.
The chat widget is small and loads after your page, so it does not block your content. It works with common caching plugins such as WP Rocket and LiteSpeed Cache. Visitors only download the full chat when they open it.
HolaReply works with the WordPress block editor, Elementor, Divi and Astra, and reads public custom post types you select. If your site uses a different builder, it still works as long as the content is published as normal WordPress pages or posts.
